Teaching kids about money can be tricky for parents. Enrich Your Kids provides a structure for parents to share with their kids and help them create strong money management skills to last a lifetime.
Financial Literacy is having the skills to balance spending, saving, credit and debt successfully by having the confidence to make smart decisions with your money on a day-to-day basis. It also means knowing how money works and how to make it work for you instead of against you.
As a not-for-profit credit counselling organization, Money Mentors sees first-hand the stress that financial issues can have on households and families. With an increased focus on financial education, we are excited to offer programming for Albertans of all ages to improve their money management skills and decrease financial stress so they can get on to a better path to a brighter future.
Our Financial Literacy education initiatives extend beyond the classroom, with public seminars in all seven Money Mentors cities.
