  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure projects launch on time and deliver measurable results.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics and learnings.

Content & Asset Development, Brand Consistency

  • Create and manage content across web, blog, email, and social platforms.
  • Maintain an organized library of marketing materials, templates, and assets.
  • Support internal teams (e.g., education, sponsorships, client services) with tailored collateral and messaging.
  • Ensure all content and communication adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and identity.

Digital Presence & Website Management

  • Manage website content updates and assist with AI/SEO best practices.
  • Liaise with external vendors on an ongoing basis, including during website upgrades, rebrands, or technical enhancements.
  • Work with agency partners to build and optimize campaign landing pages and user flows.

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Oversee day-to-day scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of social media channels.
  • Engage with our audience in a timely and authentic way, while tracking engagement trends.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing KPIs (website traffic, conversion rates, email performance, social engagement).
  • Generate monthly reports and provide insights to inform future strategies.
  • Assist in building the annual marketing budget and tracking spend across initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with education, sponsorship, and leadership teams to align marketing with organizational priorities.
  • Partner with external freelancers or agencies (e.g., writers, designers, PPC vendors) as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to campaign execution, content creation, and digital tools.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proficient in marketing platforms including:
    • Email/CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
    • Social media management platforms (e.g., Later, Hootsuite)
    • Website CMS (e.g., WordPress)
    • Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
    • Design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

What Success Looks Like

  • You take ownership of projects from start to finish with minimal hand-holding.
  • You bring positive energy and creativity to everything you do – but also know how to prioritize and execute with discipline.
  • You’re constantly learning and iterating, grounded in both data and curiosity.

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000/year plus benefits, vacation and RRSP matching.
